Old growth Cambodian rosewood forms the back and sides, one of the most coveted rosewoods on earth and almost never seen today in sets of this quality. Its tone is bold, focused, and richly colored, adding weight to the bass and a strong, harmonically complex edge to every note. Italian spruce braces, aged for two decades and originally intended for violin tops, give the guitar a quick, lively pulse.
